Summit Assistance Dogs relies almost entirely on the generosity of individual donors, corporate donors and foundation grants to fulfill our mission of empowering people with disabilities to greater heights.
Each assistance dog placed costs thousands of dollars to train, and although we encourage our applicants to be proactive in raising what money they can, many are able to contribute only a small amount. Summit never denies a person based on financial ability, and it is our goal to provide a dog to every person who wishes this special partnership. We can do so only with your help.

Workplace Donations
Corporate Workplaces
Donate through your workplace by designating Summit Assistance Dogs as your charity of choice. Our most common employee campaign designation numbers are listed on our home page. Be sure to ask if your employer will make a matching gift.
Government Workplaces
If you are a federal employee, you can contribute to Summit Assistance Dogs through your Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Simply designate Summit Assistance Dogs as your "Charity of Choice" on your pledge form. For 2010/11 the CFC number for Summit is 23576.
If you are a Washington State government employee you can contribute to Summit Assistance Dogs through your WA Combined Fund Drive (CFD). Simply designate Summit Assistance Dogs on your pledge form. For 2010/11 the CFD number for Summit is 0315210.
For City and County employees you can find Summit Assistance Dogs listed in your campaign catalogue. Once you have found us, write our number on your payroll pledge form.
Bank Transfers
Summit can arrange automatic withdrawals from bank accounts for donors who wish to give monthly. Please call us at (360) 293-5609.
Memorial/Tribute Donations
You can designate a memorial or tribute gift if you donate on-line at www.givedirect.com, or you can print out our donation form and mail it along with information about who the memorial or tribute gift is for and to whom you would like us to send a card acknowledging your gift.
